Gerard Thatcher

Founder and Managing Director

Gerard Thatcher founded TMC in 2016 - with a vision to provide a class-leading buying experience, matched with the highest-quality of used vehicles. With an ethos of transparency, Gerard continues to champion an honest, supportive customer journey that completely elevates the TMC experience above traditional competition. He has decades in the motor trade behind him, having started in the industry at just 15 - and enjoys instilling the confidence within his team to offer TMC’s unique approach.

Chris Callow

Sales Director

Not only is Chris a wealth of knowledge on pick-up trucks and 4x4s, he’s the busy man in charge of the day-to-day running of the showroom – looking after all things sales, stock and staff along the way. He very much enjoys managing our small, friendly team. And with years in the motor trade behind him, he’s been used to fast-paced sales environments – so the no-pressure approach of TMC probably comes as a breath of fresh air! Chris is also a family man who enjoys a spot of football, a beer or a glass of red wine.

Mark Cross

Sales Consultant

With more than 30 years of experience in the business, Mark’s one of our in-house experts in sourcing the best used cars and trucks. He’s been enjoying the spirit and ethos of TMC for almost four years, helping customers find their ideal used pick-ups. You may even have seen Mark on the big screen - outside of work, he’s acted as an extra in many movies such as Kingsman the Golden Circle, Darkest Hour and The Commuter. Meanwhile, his own dream machine would be a DeLorean - Great Scott!

Warren Guimas

Sales Consultant

Warren brings more than a decade of expertise with him, and is therefore at home when it comes to supporting customers from all walks of life. When not assisting our visitors with their own search, he enjoys working with the team to source and identify the best vehicles for TMC’s growing range of cars and trucks. Outside of work, Warren’s also a family man, who enjoys following sports. Ideally, he’d like an Aston Martin DB9 - and if he gets one, we hope he brings it along to show us!

Ryan Parks

Sales Consultant

A long-term member of the team, Ryan loves the challenges that TMC throws his way. He’ll be busy working with our team to find the very best used vehicles, and enjoys advising our visitors in their own search for a new truck or car. A BMW M2 would be his ultimate driving machine - and when not at work, he’ll often be found enjoying football or tennis. In fact, Ryan spent four years as a self-employed tennis coach prior to working here at TMC.

Jack Woodcock

Sales Consultant

Jack hit the ground running as soon as he joined the team in September 2020. He enjoys the atmosphere of TMC, having been used to working at main dealers - with more than 7 years of motor trade experience behind him. Jack has an eagle eye to hunt down the best new trucks and cars, and is on hand to assist our customers with theirs. When not at TMC Jack enjoys football, WRC and gaming - as well as driving his Subaru Impreza P1, a very special car he’s now lucky enough to own!

Eddie Berry

Vehicle Logistics and Inspection

You’ll often see Eddie working behind the scenes, collecting and delivering our newest arrivals to TMC. Eddie’s also the one you’ll find performing our vehicle health checks, working his way through the extensive inspection checklists for each new vehicle. With 30 years in the motor trade, including in recoveries, servicing and repairs, it’s safe to say Eddie knows his stuff. Meanwhile, away from work he’s also interested in racing and motorsport.

Louisa Heelan

Accounts and Administration

Louisa’s been at TMC since day one, keeping the dealership running like clockwork as our in-house bookkeeping and accounts expert. She enjoys the changing pace and warm camaraderie of dealership life at TMC, and being part of a caring and supportive team. Her ultimate car would be a Mustang Shelby GT500, and outside of work she loves spending time with her family. She’s also done a lot of ballet, tap and modern dancing and was once even congratulated on her tap moves by Wayne Sleep!

Dave Ramlakhan

Vehicle Preparation Specialist

Every new vehicle that arrives at TMC goes to see Dave first. And it’ll be looking amazing inside and out when it leaves his valeting bay. Dave’s responsible for valeting and preparing our vehicles for display and customer collection. He’s also got 30 years of experience in the trade, and has worked as a mechanic with the likes of Lamborghinis, Maseratis and Porsches. Dave thinks pick-up trucks are particularly good vehicles to work on. He also enjoys spending time with his family, and tinkering with his own cars.

Chris Silk

Photography

You’re most likely to see Chris with a camera in hand, taking photographs and making videos for the ever-changing stream of new vehicles that arrive at TMC. Otherwise he’ll be busy behind the scenes, looking after our online presence, website and social media. Having first joined TMC in September 2020, Chris has a background in event photography – but having worked for What Car and Auto Trader magazines, suffice to say he knows his cars.
